SiTHv2 — Global Terrestrial Evapotranspiration & Soil Moisture
SiTHv2 (Simple Terrestrial Hydrosphere model, version 2) is a physically-based ecohydrological
dataset of global terrestrial evapotranspiration and soil moisture.
All files are hosted on Cloudflare R2 and served via direct HTTPS links — batch download with
wget,
aria2 or
curl is fully supported.
Model Framework
GSPAC continuum
Groundwater, soil, plant and atmosphere coupled in one physically based scheme.
Root-aware transpiration
Potential transpiration is allocated across soil layers by root distribution and soil water status.
Bayesian optimization
Key parameter functions identified from global eddy-covariance observations via data–model fusion.

Batch Download Quick Start
- Use the filters below to pick variables / frequency / years, then click Download Manifest (.txt) to get a link list;
- Run
wget -c -i sithv2_files.txt— batch download with resume support; - For faster multi-connection download:
aria2c -x 8 -s 8 -i sithv2_files.txt.
# Batch download (resumable) with a manifest from this page:
wget -c -i sithv2_files.txt
# Faster, 8 connections per file:
aria2c -x 8 -s 8 -i sithv2_files.txt
# Single file (copy any link from the table below):
wget -c <file-url>
| File | Variable | Frequency | Period | Size | Action |

文件与 R2 上的实际上传结构一一对应(Daily 按年份子目录,Monthly / Yearly 为全时段单文件)。
若 bucket 公开域名变更,只需修改本页面脚本顶部的
R2_BASE。
